Hey there, I’m Brian — better known as "Burnt Brian," and I live in Keystone Heights, Florida. 

I’m just a regular guy who loves hot sauce, good snacks, cold beer, retro gaming, and sharing my honest product reviews with anyone who wants to listen. No scripts, no fake hype, just real reactions and real flavor. 

Why “Burnt Brian”? 

The name comes from my love of all things spicy and my tendency to go all-in on whatever I’m reviewing. Whether I’m tackling a 2.9 million Scoville mozzarella stick, cracking open a wild IPA, or diving into a virtual pinball table for hours, I bring the heat (and the laughs). 

I started Burnt Brian because I got tired of overly polished reviews that didn’t feel genuine. I've been making YouTube videos for almost 15 years now. Most content creators these days are pumping out short reels where the reviewer just tells you, "It's hot!" without providing any real background information. I wanted a place where people could get straightforward takes on hot sauces, snacks, drinks, recipes, and whatever else catches my eye — all wrapped up in the vibrant Florida food culture, with a side of chaos and retro gaming thrown in.

I post **NEW videos almost every single day** with a consistent weekly schedule: 

- Munchy Mondays — Snacks, local eats, gas station finds, taste tests, and cheap-vs-expensive battles. 

- Sizzling Tuesdays - Recipes that may or may not feature hot sauce and a craft beer pairing. 

- Whatever Wednesdays — Vlogs, behind-the-scenes, shop updates, challenges, and whatever random fun is happening in my world. 

- Thirsty Thursdays — Craft beer, cocktails, and drink reviews (with plenty of Florida favorites). 

- Spicy Sundays — Hot sauce reviews, spicy challenges, and all the heat you can handle. 

Some weeks I throw in extra content, recipes, or special collabs too.
